Display Buffets are inclusive of delivery, display, Courtesy Menu, disposable plates, cutlery & serviettes.
Available if required Table and floral decorations, table coverings (linen & paper), linen napery ~ all tableware can be colour-co-ordinated to your chose theme, china and glassware, furniture, waitress and/or 'Attendance at services, Toastmaster and Butler services ~ prices on application.
Vegetarian & Special Dietary requirements catered for.
Our buffets are prepared from non-Genetically-modified ingredients or derivatives based on current information available to us
A much-commented on feature of our dishes is the attractive and artistic presentation, platters are decorated with fresh herbs and flowers and the finest of foods arranged with meticulous care and attention - surely the nicest compliment you can pay your guests.
We hope our sample menus will give you a 'flavour' of what Catering Solutions can provide for you on such a special occasion and are intended to appeal to most tastes. However, we do feel that the choice of food is very much a matter of personal taste and we are always happy to tailor a menu specifically to your requirements.
